[Erection] includes:

1. Installation of the fixing angles (crane leg) into tailor designed concrete foundation block.

2. Installation of the cast in bolts into existing R/C structures for the use of reusable fixing angles.

3. Assembling the chassis equipped with counter ballast for tower cranes in travelling version.

4. Erect the tower crane by means of hydraulic mobile crane or diesel engine derrick crane.

5. Power connection and all limits switch adjusting after completion of mechanical setup.

6. RPE certification.

[Mast addition & Wall-tie Anchoring/Telescoping] includes:

1. Installation of anchoring frame associated wall brackets and tie bars.

2. Installation of the telescopic cage to add masts to the tower cranes to increase the hook height.

3. RPE certification.

[Floor Climbing] includes:

1. Installation of the collar associated with wall brackets and supporting beams.

2. Climbing up of the tower crane with RPE certification.

[Dismantling] includes:

For tower crane climbed to the top of building, a diesel engine derrick crane is commonly erected on
the roof of building for dismantling. If the tower crane is in static version (with wall-tie anchorage
method), lower the tower crane by reverse telescoping until ordinary hydraulic mobile crane with
sufficient jib length to is capable dismantle it at once.

[Monthly Checking Services] includes:

This is to perform checking services on mechanical and electrical parts of the tower crane four times
per month. "Form I" should be issued every week after checking as required by regulation.

[Overhauling] includes:

In the case of overhauling of the tower crane requested from clients, Manta's competent examiners
will open-check the main parts and have a visual inspection of the whole crane to checking out the
damaged components. Re-furnishing and repainting of the tower crane are also offered.

[Emergency Reparation Services] includes:

To avoid any delay in constructing program of the contractor due to the break down of tower crane,
Manta service teams standby in different districts all over Hong Kong to provide emergency reparation
services to the clients.
